Spiral barbells (aka helixes, twisted barbells, twisters) are a new twist on the old circular barbells. They look non ordinary and can flatter and add interest to many piercings.
These are twisted shafts where both balls should unscrew. They are nifty looking items and are very fun to wear. They are also curved to help put less stress on your piercing. Often used in navel, ears, eyebrow piercings.
