You probably have seen really big gauges usually worn in ears and might wonder how do people do that. The most thick needle we sell is 10 Ga needle. I have not actually seen thicker. The problem is the thicker needle the more pain you will experience during piercing. That is where tapers come in handy. Using our tapers you can gradually stretch the piercing. The Gauge size taper marked is the size where you want to be. So let say you want to go up to 10 Gauge then you need to buy 10 Gauge taper. Take your time during stretching. Do not stretch more that one gauge size in one month. Let the piercing heal after succesfull stretching.
